Both sides had in-depth discussions on how to utilize the advantageous resources of the two places, expand markets and attract visitors. The cultural tourism departments of the two places signed a cooperation agreement. 

 

Jiang Wenhong, deputy mayor of Shaoguan City, congratulated Chenzhou City on its achievements in economic, social, and cultural tourism development in recent years. 

 

He pointed out that Shaoguan and Chenzhou are friendly neighbors, and Chenzhou's experience in creating cultural and tourism brands, product development, market expansion, and improving service quality is worth learning from for Shaoguan. 

 

He hoped that both sides can fully leverage their regional advantages in the future, seize opportunities for low altitude economic development, improve transportation networks, and establish regular communication and cooperation platforms to further stimulate cooperation potential, so as to jointly promote high-quality regional economic development, and achieve win-win results.

 

Zhou Hailin, deputy mayor of Chenzhou City, warmly welcomed the Shaoguan delegation. He stated that Shaoguan and Chenzhou are the intersection of Lingnan culture and Hunan culture. Shaoguan has a deep foundation and rich experience in culture, tourism, resources, and industrial development, and it is a model for Chenzhou to learn from. 

 

He hoped that both sides can further expand the scope of cooperation, enhance cooperation effectiveness, promote resource sharing, channel interconnection, and route construction, in a bid to promote the coordinated development of tourism and economy between the two places.
