Dou Zhijie, male, Han nationality, was born in 1963 in Anren County, Chenzhou City, Hunan Province. He started his first job in July 1984. He is a member of the China Zhi Gong Party (China Public Interest Party). He has obtained a Master’s degree of Science. He is currently the Vice Chairman of CPPCC Chenzhou Municipal Committee and Chairman of Preparatory Committee of the Chenzhou Municipal Committee of the China Zhi Gong Party (China Public Interest Party).
