Chen Fangmin, male, Han nationality, was born in 1963 in Yizhang County, Chenzhou City, Hunan Province. He started his first job in July 1983 and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in September 1985. He has received a Bachelor of Arts degree. He is currently a Member of the CPC Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of CPPCC Chenzhou Municipal Committee.
