Cao Jianping, male, Han nationality, was born in 1961 in Yongxing County, Chenzhou City, Hunan Province. He started his first job in October 1979 and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in March 1982. He has obtained a bachelor’s degree. He is currently the Deputy Secretary of the CPC Leadership Group and Inspector at level 1 of CPPCC Chenzhou Municipal Committee.
