Ouyang Feng, male, Han nationality, was born in 1966 in Chenzhou City, Hunan Province. He started his first job in July 1988 and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in July 1988. He has obtained a bachelor's degree. He is currently a Member of the Standing Committee of CPC Chenzhou Municipal Committee, Director General of the United Front Work Department of CPC Chenzhou Municipal Committee, and Deputy Secretary of the CPC Leadership Group of the CPPCC Chenzhou Municipal Committee.
