Zhao Yu, male, Han nationality, was born in 1967 in Jinyun County, Lishui City, Zhejiang Province. He started his first job in September 1987 and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in March 1992. He has received a bachelor’s degree. He is currently the Member of the CPC Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of CPPCC Chenzhou Municipal Committee, and Party Secretary of the CPC Yongxing County Committee.
