Zhou Yibin, male, Han nationality, was born in October 1965, and is from Yizhang County, Hunan Province. He began his first job in July 1984 and joined the Communist Party of China in July 1988. He obtained a master’s degree of public administration. He serves as secretary-general of Chenzhou Municipal People's Government Leadership Group and director of Chenzhou Municipal government Office.
