Zhang Jun, male, Han nationality, was born in January 1973 and is from Liling City, Hunan Province. He started his first job in July 1994 and joined the Communist Party of China in December 1992. He obtained a bachelor’s degree and a master’s of law. He serves as vice mayor, secretary and director of Chenzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau.
