Chen Rongwei, male, Han nationality, was born in 1967 and is from Chenzhou City, Hunan Province. He started his first job in September 1989 and joined the Communist Party of China in June 1991. He obtained a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree of public management. He serves as vice mayor of Chenzhou People's Government.
