Zhou Hailin, male, Han nationality, was born in 1968 and is from Chenzhou City, Hunan Province. He started his first job in June 1990. He obtained a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree of public administration. He is currently deputy mayor of Chenzhou People's Government.
