Liang Chenggu, male, Han nationality, was born in 1974 and is from Leiyang acity, Hunan province. He obtained a master’s degree of law. He started his first job in August 1996 and joined the Communist Party of China in April 1995. He is currently a member of the Standing Committee of CPC Chenzhou Municipal Committee and vice mayor (he is serving a temporary position).
