Xu Huaihao, male, Han nationality, was born in 1973 and is from Huaiyuan County, Anhui Province. He started his first job in July 1992 and joined the Communist Party of China in September 1994. He has obtained a master’s degree. He is currently a member of the Standing Committee of CPC Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and vice mayor (he is serving a temporary position).
