This year, Chenzhou City has given more support to the development of homestay industry.

In terms of financial support policies, Chenzhou City has allocated 10 million special funds for the development of homestay industry, set up a financing platform, set up and improved the organizational structure and operation mode of tourism development fund and tourism investment company, actively carried out bank-enterprise docking, and relaxed the conditions for tourism enterprises to enjoy preferential loan policies for small and medium-sized enterprises.

In terms of land use support policies, the land that meets the requirements can be provided by means of site selection, land transfer and allocation, the rural collective economic organizations and villagers can use collective construction land to develop tourism projects independently, and the contractual rights of collective land such as non-farming land and woodland can be used in the development of tourism projects by means of investment and leasing in cooperation with developers without changing the use of land.

In terms of personnel training, Chenzhou City has strengthened the cultivation of the hotel management, homestay design and other related professionals, relying on local colleges of Xiangnan University and Chenzhou Vocational and Technical College. At the same time, the city has actively introduced professionals and experienced service personnel from home and abroad in the homestay design and management, and will organize two training sessions of homestay talents training every year to strengthen local talents training so as to promote the standardized development of homestay industry.
