The Yunwu Mountain relies on the rural features of Xialu Village, preserves and restores ancient buildings, and integrates book paths, flower paths, tea paths and fragrant paths.

At 10:00 a.m.of August 11, 2018, the Yunwu Mountain Project Conference was solemnly held at Jinglun Hotel, Chenzhou City. Yu Xian, the Planning Director of Shenzhen Tongchuang, gave a detailed explanation of the project in six aspects.

The first phase of the boutique homestay settlements will adopt customized decoration and the Taiwanese designers will be invited to design interior decoration. The hanging bell, door sign and room number with a sense of age will let people stay in it, as if through the past.

The development pattern of "one center, two parks and three functions" will be created:

"One Center" means to build an ecological circle in the area around Dongjiang Lake; "Two Parks" refer to the Health Holiday Area (Phase I Quality Homestay Settlements + Phase II Agricultural Theme Park + Phase III Health International Eco-Village) and Cultural Tourism Area (Phase IV Self-driving Tour and RV Camp + Phase V Fashion Shopping Mall + Phase VI Cultural Heritage Base in Southern Hunan); "Three Functions" refer to the three main functional layouts of high-quality homestays and health-preserving vacations, leisure agriculture and parent-child tourism, cultural experience and commercial blocks.

The development pattern of "one center, two parks and three functions" will transform Dongjiang Lake from a simple scenic spot to a resort, and make the pastoral and urban areas more closely integrated, so as to create a high life style of returning to nature.

The first three phases of the project cover 315.28 mu with a total construction area of 31,000㎡, and the whole project is planned to be completed in three years with a total investment of 250 million yuan. After the overall operation of the project, the average annual operating income is estimated at 90 million yuan, and the profits and taxes are about 18 million yuan, which is an important driving force for the local economy to promote the villagers to become rich and increase their incomes, and help farmers to get full employment.

The first phase of the project is divided into two areas: A and B Areas.

Area A are the residential houses in southern Hunan, with the theme of "Zen Spirit". It defines the life aesthetics of Yunwu Mountain in Dongjiang Lake Town around the book paths, flower paths, tea paths and fragrant paths.

Area B is a farm vacation compound (adobe house), with the theme of "returning to farm life". Tourists can experience the essence of returning to life and the farming life at sunrise and sunset in this area.

Yunwu Mountain in Dongjiang Lake Town, realizes the idea of opening doors to nature and closing doors to modernization, combining "human, nature and life".

On the afternoon of December 20, Zeng Guangqing, Standing Committee of Zixing Municipal Committee and Minister of United Front Work Department, visited Yunwu Mountain, accompanied by Luo Liuhong, General Manager of Yunwu Mountain Project in Dongjiang Lake Town.

Minister Zeng and his delegation visited the high-quality homestay model houses of the Yunwu Mountain in Dongjiang Lake Town, as well as Xingguang Tea Garden, carefully inquired about and listened to the progress and difficulties of the project construction, and worked on site to solve enterprise problems. He pointed out that high-quality homestay will be the key pillar industry of Zixing, which is of great significance to the upgrading of tourism consumption in Zixing City, and required the relevant departments to do a good job in service work, so that enterprises can easily enter the next stage of operation.

At the same time, he pointed out that in order to achieve the goal of building the first benchmark of quality homestay, we should innovate the operation thinking, take an unusual road, tell good stories, launch high-quality tour routes around the Dongjiang Lake Tourism Ecosphere to meet different needs of customers, and create a big popular tourist spot. For good brands, we need to re-marketing. On the basis of the existing local cultural experience, Yunwu Mountain should also introduce a "nightlife" experience to cope with the demands of consumers, and present the interesting part of the night to the overnight visitors.
