"A Lake in the heaven, with a thousand sights". The unique "Foggy Dongjiang Lake" spectacle of Dongjiang Lake in Zixing City is a famous photographic resort in the whole country. The beautiful landscape environment and tourism resources of Dongjiang Lake attracted Li Yangquan to return home and build a homestay.

In 2015, Li Yangquan decorated the two villas in Yiboyin Garden, Dongjiang Street, into the boutique homestays with the theme of "Courtyard, Gourmet Food and a Warm Home", named the Dongjiang Lake No.16 Holiday Villa.

Zixing Dongjiang Lake No. 16 Resort Villa is located in Yiboyin Garden Villa, Dongjiang Town, near Dongjiang Cultural Plaza and Dongtian Shopping Plaza with superior location, and complete supporting resources for life and leisure.

The interior of the resort villa is elegant and chic. The rooms are decorated with simple Nordic logs, comfortable and ventilated, and equipped with air conditioning, TV, 24-hour hot water, independent bathroom and other facilities to meet the daily needs of the guests.

The whole courtyard covers an area of 2.5 mu, consisting of two villas of 300 square meters each, each named "Liuyueju" and "Jiushe".

The villa, with logs as its theme and simple Nordic decoration style, has super-large public space and independent recreational courtyard. The courtyard is scattered in an orderly way, with singing birds and fragrant flowers, every stone, every tree, and every flower, all of which can make the occupants feel the warmth of "home".
