Du Jiahao investigated the safe production work of Chenzhou city

Du Jiahao- Deputy Secretary of Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Governor of Hunan Province chatted with some workers when he investigate Luobuan coal mine. He sincerely expressed his concern to the workers: “you are the backbone of your family, please make sure your safety on the production process.”Sheng Maolin- Vice-governor of Hunan Province and Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee accompanied Du with this investigation trip.

Du saved some time from Hunan county economy conference to check the safety production work handled out in Chenzhou city on August 29, 2013. He visited Luobuan coal mine of Jiahe county and mine enterprises of Guiyang Baoshan Non-ferrous Metal Mining Industry Co., Ltd.

Du was glad to find the sound slogan “scientific development, harmonious development and safe development” set on the outstanding place of the coal mine when he arrived there. He paid high attention on checking the safety production details on his trip. Luobuan coal mine is a county-level national coal enterprise with the daily production capacity of 90,000tons of coal. Now, 688 staffs work there. Due to its advanced mine supervision work, personnel arrangement, emergency prevention, forced air self rescue system, water rescue system, communications and other downhole safety systems, gas control work, and first grade safety standardization work, Luobuan coal mine was without big accidents and gas accidents for eight consecutive years.

Du highly affirmed the safety production work carried out by the coal mine and emphasized that safety production was the key concern above all, everything should be focused on it. No details could be ignored on the production, because it concerned for the safety of all the 688 staffs in the coal mine.

Du visited scheduling center of Guiyang Baoshan Non-ferrous Metal Mining Industry Co., Ltd. Some detailed questions like whether there were any safety facilities available to the staffs in downhole, any safe passage available, how to guarantee the safety, etc. were asked by Du to make sure the safety production. After checking the sewage treatment plant of the mine enterprises, Du said if all the treated sewage would be workable to feed the fish, I would completely feel free about it safety.

Du checked the wellhead of Baoshan mine on-site and listened to the introduction of mining geology, mining engineering, safety measure, etc. carefully. He pointed out all the departments should improve the understanding on safety production and pay much more attention on it to ensure the safety production can be handled out well.
