In order to study the advanced experience on mineral gem exhibition and enhance the communication with other countries, Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou Government and his 6-member delegation was approved by Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Hunan Provincial Government to visit abroad from this September 6-14, 2015. According to the time schedule, the team would visit Munich of Bavaria, Germany and Tucson of Arizona, USA.

USA Tucson International Mineral Expo which is the largest and most influential mineral crystal exhibition of the world was being held for 59 consecutive years; Germany Munich International Mineral Gem Show which is one of the most influential mineral gem shows of the world was being held for 51 consecutive years.

During their visit, Qu Hai signed “preliminary agreement on establishing sister city ties” with Tucson Government on behalf of Chenzhou Government. Followed the win-win principal, both two parties would promote the communication and cooperation on tourism development, economic trade, science, education & culture, and development &utilization of mineral gem, and etc.
