1. improving modern service projects: settling 160 key projects of modern service industry and finishing 82billion yuan investment;

 

2. promoting cultural tourism projects as the key point of development of modern service industry: promoting 60 key cultural tourism projects and finishing 26billion yuan investment;

 

 

3. promoting key projects of modern logistics industry: improving 40 projects and finishing 18billion yuan investment;

 

4. promoting fitness industry and tourism estate projects: promoting 40 projects and finishing 28billion yuan investment; 

 

5. promoting construction of ecommerce industry: implementing 20 projects and finishing 10billion yuan investment to forge “made-in Chenzhou” online industrial belt; 

 

6. improving structure, upgrading quality and promoting the construction of secondary industry: settling 157projects and finishing 50.4billion yuan;

 

7. promoting transformation and upgrading of traditional industry: focusing on the upgrading of secondary industry (including some tertiary industry projects) and promoting the upgrading and transformation of non-ferrous, construction material, chemical, food. Tobacco and other advantageous industries;

 

 

8. promoting the construction of strategic and emerging industry projects: taking new material, electronic information, advanced devices manufacturing, energy saving, food and medicine, gem, and other profitable, marketable and sustainable industries as the key point of the construction work;

 

 

9. enhancing infrastructure and well-being projects construction on the consideration of overall development: covering urban arterial roads, bridges, channels, water supply and drainage, gas supply, railway, grid, and some other infrastructure projects into key projects to perfect the urban functions; focusing on 100 well-being projects;

 

 

10. highlighting the construction of key projects in central urban areas of Chenzhou city: there are three level layout of the projects construction- central urban area; Chenyongyi and Chenzigui “great cross town cluster” beyond the central urban area; and other area beyond the above two areas. They cover 70%, 20% and 10% of the total key projects respectively.
