It was reported that accompanied with some leaders of Hunan Water Conservancy Ministry, Dong Zigang- Proprietor of China Water Conservancy Press investigated Chenzhou city's construction of water ecological civilization pilot recently.
Dong Zigang and his team visited Jiabin Lake of Jiahe county, Dongjiangwan of Zixing city, Jintian Lake of Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Zone, Mangshan Water Reservoir, and etc. to check its construction work. It was a rainy day that day. When they arrived at Jintian lake, the waves rolled away. Dong Zigang was delighted to learn that it was used to be a tailing. Mangshan Water Reservoir which is one of the first batch of national major water conservancy projects operated with social capitals is being constructed and operated with PPP model. Dong Zigang and the team members checked the progress of all the projects and discussed with the principals of the projects on some details.

Dong Zigang highly affirmed Chenzhou city's work on the water ecological civilization construction and placed high expectation on Mangshan Water Reservoir project. Dong stated that as one of the key projects for keeping stable increase and improve people's living condition, Mangshan Water Reservoir project set a favorable example on operation with social capitals and helped to settle it successfully. The press would summarize the experience to encourage its improvement and create sound atmosphere to it. At the meantime, it would take the project's best guiding advantages to provide successful experience to other cities.
