It was learned from Jiahe Technology Bureau that three enterprises as Jiahe Giant Tool Co., Ltd., Zhonghe Casting Co., Ltd., and Fine Workmanship Forging and Casting Co., Ltd. were identified as national high-tech enterprises by Hunan Provincial Technology Department, up from zero days ago.

Jiahe Giant Tool Co., Ltd. is a casting enterprise mainly in manufacturing digital machine tools. The first digital machine tool of Chenzhou city was offline in May 2011 from this company. Zhonghe Casting Co., Ltd. is a casting company mainly in manufacturing wood-working machine and glass machine. In last year, it placed over 80million yuan on introducing a V-process casting production line- the most advanced of world and the third one available in China. Fine Workmanship Forging and Casting Co., Ltd. is a casting company mainly in producing flange, flange joint, and etc. Its products were exported to European and USA markets. It was awarded with 6 utility model patents from last year and now is processing on applying another patent for invention.

It was introduced that this identification of high-tech enterprise was authorized by the State Technology Ministry and implemented by Hunan Provincial Technology Department. All processes concerned for the work were strict and critical.

Guo Xin, the County Chief of Jiahe County, stated that the successful identification of the three enterprises would not only help to mobilize the positivity of other companies’ innovation, but also would guide the county’s development and transformation of industrial economy.

Jiahe county is famous as the casting county of China and was awarded with different honors as “casting city of south of Yangtze River” and “casting county of China”. In order to cultivate the leading companies of high-tech, Jiahe county released different favorable policies, established Hunan Quality Supervision Center of Casting Products, Jiahe Technological Service Platform of Casting Industry, and enhanced the cooperation with Hunan University, Central South University, China Casting Association, and etc. It allocated 60million yuan guiding capitals annually especially for the special guiding capitals for industry-university-research cooperation to encourage the transformation of technological results of enterprises and upgrade the enterprises’ positivity to introduce more high-techs and talents.
