As you can see from above image, some villagers of Beitang village, Linwu county are drying the sweet potatoes on sunny day. It was introduced that in last year, 186 families of the village planted 400mu sweet potatoes with an output of 0.8million kilograms. All the sweet potatoes can be processed to be 0.128million kilograms dried products, which helped to grant the families with an annual net income of 20,000yuan each.
