On February 22, 2016- Chinese Lantern Festival, Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City visited some key projects’ construction sites and conveyed his greeting to the staffs. He required that all projects should be handled out scientifically and rapidly on the basis of high quality and safety.

Qu investigated the technological improvement project of the removal of Chenzhou Tobacco Plant, “four museums and one hall”, Dongjiang diversion project, and other projects and helped to solve some practical problems by assigning them to relative departments on site.

Qu stated that all works are influenced by projects, so all projects should be improved rapidly with the consideration of high quality and safety. The construction work should be handled out scientifically by assisting with more workers and construction forces. The time schedule should be set scientifically as well to layout construction, approval and checking, procedure, and other work on the basis of different weather condition. All departments should provide sound service and optimize environment to ensure the quality can be kept; should upgrade the administrative efficiency and optimize the administrative approval procedures to minimize the approval time by providing better services; should enhance the supervising and accountability to fight against the illegal behaviors by handling regular scheduling work; and should upgrade the supervision on quality and safety of the projects to ensure all projects to be handled out safely.

Qu Hai presented specified requirements to each projects that construction main body of the technological improvement project of the removal of Chenzhou Tobacco Plant should be finished before the end of this year and its license should be settled before the end of this February; the main body of “four museums and one hall” should be finished before the end of this June and decoration work should be finished before the end of this year; land requisition and demolishing work for the pipes of Dongjiang diversion project should be finished as soon as possible.
