The 4th China (Hunan) International Mineral & Gem Show (short for “CMGS”) will be held in Chenzhou city from May 19-23, 2016.

This show was sponsored by Hunan Government and Ministry of Land and Resources, undertaken by Chenzhou Government and Hunan Ministry of Land and Resources, and operated by Chenzhou International Mineral Gem Exhibition Co., Ltd. The show will follow the tenets of "gathering global resources, establishing international brand, stretching communication, carrying forward scientific civilization", entitle with the theme of "year of mineral crystal origin", and mainly show the boutique minerals from mineral crystal origins of the world. International mineral summit forum, popularization of mining, and establishment of friendly city are its key events, which is purposely to show the unique charm of Chenzhou city where is famous as the “non-ferrous metals museum of the world” and “China’s decoration stone city and mineral crystal city” by the improvement of international gem brand, ecommerce platform, industrial park, and transformation and upgrading of mineral gem industry.

Besides the main venue (core hall) of Chenzhou International Convention & Exhibition Center, Non-ferrous Metals Museum of Chenzhou High-tech Zone, Shizhuyuan Mineral Crystal Museum, and Chenzhou Geological Museum are set as sub-venues. 2300 international standard stands will be set in the 130,000-squaremeter big center.

Some domestic and foreign experts and academicians, top level collectors, entrepreneurs, museums, and exhibitors are invited to attend the International Mineral Summit Forum. They will focus on the theme of “mineral gem & human civilization” to share the latest technologies and achievements of mineral gem, beauty of gem, and gem & social humanity, and then promote the global communication of resources, technologies, and culture, and improve the sustainable development of industry.
