It was reported that Yao Bin- Chief Engineer of Hunan Province Environment Department visited Chenzhou city to check its environment protection work on May 24, 2016. Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City attended relative activities.

In the launching meeting, the inspection team figured out the arrangement of the comprehensive inspection work and presented the working disciplines and requirements as well. According to the arrangement, in the following days till July, the team will check Chenzhou city’s environment protection work via listening to reports, checking data, visiting sites, holding forums, and etc.

Yao Bin stated that Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Chenzhou Government always paid closer attention on the environment protection that all the tasks preset for it were fulfilled well. He hoped that Chenzhou city can keep improving its environment protection by this comprehensive supervision trip.

Qu Hai said the supervision trip indicated the department’s concern on Chenzhou city’s economic and social development and ecological civilization. It would be helpful to provide more important guidance and encourage for Chenzhou city’s further improvement of ecological civilization, environmental protection, and new increasing pole of Hunan province. Chenzhou city would seize the chance to improve the environment protection work and promote its sustainable development by presenting the environmental and ecological brand to the world. All departments should follow the requirements listed by the team and coordinate with the tam. All the problems discovered on the investigation should be solved on the basis of “13th five-year plan” general targets of energy saving and emission deduction and annual targets. Long-term enforcement should be carried out for environment protection as well to grant sound effects to the protection work.
