It was learned that “National Enterprise Technology Center” which was established by Technology Center of Hunan Shizhuyuan Non-ferrous Metals Co., Ltd. and Technology Center of Chenzhou Jingui Silver Co., Ltd. was authorized and inaugurated by five ministries and commissions as the State Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Technology, and etc. on May 24, 2016. It is the first national enterprises’ technological innovation platform available in Chenzhou city after the successful establishment of first national innovation platform- “national and local joint engineering lab of high-flux molecular diagnosis” by Chenzhou First People’s Hospital in 2015. There are 5 enterprises technological centers from Hunan province were enrolled in the list, 2 of which are from Chenzhou city.

“National Enterprise Technology Center” is one of the important parts of national technological innovation system. All the qualified enterprises should be with the advantages of advanced technological innovation capacities and talents ahead of same industry, with series core proprietary intellectual property rights, influential and famous brands, and sound international competitiveness. According to the policies, the qualified “National Enterprise Technology Center” can be favored with favorable tax polies and subsidized with special funds for the improvement of enterprises technology center and local government’s financial supports.
