It was learned from Guidong Education Bureau that in 9th Hunan Provincial Robot Contest Junior, Guidong delegation gained dramatic results there, including 6 gold awards, 12 silver awards, and 6 copper awards.

It was introduced that the contest was held in Zhuzhou Second Middle School from May 20-22, 2016. More than 1000 juveniles from the cities of Hunan province attended the contest on different items as FLL robot engineering challenge, VEX, integrated skills contest, innovative contest, football match, impromptu challenge of education robots, anthropomorphic robots performance, and etc. Three groups as primary school, junior middle school, and senior school group were divided for each item which was set with first, second, and third award. 30 team members were dispatched by Guidong county to attend the contest on behalf of Chenzhou team.
