It was learned that the 166 entrepreneurs who were the first batch of merchants settled down in "Sanxiangsishui- Dongjiang Lake" Entrepreneurship City started their businesses there on July 27, 2016. It indicated that a new entrepreneurship peak was coming to Zixing city. "Sanxiangsishui" Entrepreneurship City which is 100,000 square meters big is located in the entrance of Dongjiang Lake Landscape. There are 668 stores available there, which is the biggest entrepreneurship platform of Chenzhou city under current situation. All the infrastructures were invested by Zixing government. Local special foods, fruits, aquatic products, crafts, tourism ecommerce, and other businesses are available there, which is aimed to forge "fundamental productions base + real store+ ecommerce+ tourism brand cluster".

Zixing government encouraged and helped a large number of entrepreneurs to start their businesses on the process of the construction and operation of the entrepreneurship city. It played the best roles of the entrepreneurship to provide more job vacancies for local people.
