Yi Pengfei met Ma Zeping- Vice CEO of China State Construction Co., Ltd.

It was reported that Yi Pengfei- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee met Ma Jianping- Member of Party Group and Vice CEO of China State Construction Co., Ltd. Both two parties shared their ideas on the promotion of major infrastructure projects on a symposium.

It was learned that CSCEC was established on December 10, 2007, mainly on housing construction, international contract projects, real estate, infrastructure, survey & design, and other businesses. It is one of the branches of China State Construction Engineering Corporation.

At the meeting, the two parties shared their ideas on promoting some projects as Chenzhou Beihu Airport, light track, comprehensive pipe gallery of urban central area, middle school, public health center, and etc.

Yi Pengfei presented brief introduction of Chenzhou city and stated that in order to adapt with and lead Economic New Normal, Chenzhou city followed central and Hunan provincial governments' requirements to accelerate the economic transformation and upgrading. On the process, some old dynamics should be upgraded, so it is knee on the help of state-owned enterprises. Chenzhou city is with sound advantages as resources, ecology, location, and opening up. Yi hoped that the major infrastructure projects can be further improved and the connection with the globe can be further accelerated via deepening cooperation with the state-owned enterprises, which would be helpful to lay better foundation for the development of Chenzhou "13th five-year plan".

Yi Pengfei said Chenzhou government take great concern for the cooperation with China State Construction Co., Ltd. It would figure out working cooperation mechanism soon with specified time schedule, responsibility system, and progressing table, which can help to provide the full range service for the cooperation between two parties. Yi also hoped both parties can communicate with each other closer to enhance the cooperation, promote infrastructure projects, and gain more achievements on transformation development.

Ma Zeping said Chenzhou is one of the happiest cities of Chenzhou with elegant ecology and flourishing condition. China State Construction Co., Ltd. is confident about the cooperation with Chenzhou city and is willing to handle deepening work with Chenzhou city on the major infrastructure projects and participate into the development of Chenzhou city. In the next step, the company will enhance the communication with Chenzhou city and explore more feasible cooperation model to reach win-win cooperation with Chenzhou city.
