It was reported that the working conference for chambers of commerce was held in Chenzhou city on July 29, 2016. The principals of chambers of commerce shared their ideas on the improvement of Chenzhou chambers of commerce, economic development, “five- Chenzhou” construction, and establishment of new increasing pole of Hunan province. 24 high-integrity enterprises were honored with the plates of “credit enterprise”.

In recent years, the association of industry and commerce of Chenzhou city was improved greatly. The Suxian District Association of Industry and Commerce and Guidong Association of Industry and Commerce were awarded as Hunan provincial “five-star county level association” by Hunan Provincial Association of Industry and Commerce, and Zixing Association of Industry and Commerce was awarded as national “five-star county level association” by the State Association of Industry and Commerce. Both Chenzhou municipal and county level associations played their best roles on communicating with local and other places enterprises and chambers of commerce and carrying out different investment attraction projects. In the meantime, it took active actions on accurate poverty alleviation, which contributed great efforts on Chenzhou city’s poverty alleviation.

Till the end of last December, there were 14,006 members available in the associations of industry and commerce of Chenzhou city, which was 10.86% higher than the previous year, while the chambers of commerce were amounted to 275, covering over 4000 enterprises. The improvement of association of industry and commerce of Chenzhou city was awarded with first prize on the comprehensive evaluation of Hunan province.

Zhou Hailin- Vice Chairman of Chenzhou Municipal CPPCC and Chairman of Chenzhou Association of Industry and Commerce attended the conference and delivered a speech there.
