Dai Daojin emphasized on his investigation trip to Chenzhou city
It was reported that Dai Daojin- Deputy Governor of Hunan Province led an investigation team to Chenzhou city in the end of this July for the investigation and guidance of comprehensive reform of supply and marketing cooperative of Chenzhou city. As emphasized by Dai, deepening reform should be carried out to provide sound service foundation for agriculture and grant benefits to farmers.
Dai Daojin visited the comprehensive service center of Chujiang town,Linwu county firstly. When they arrived there, staffs of the center were working busily to sell some local characteristic products to clients and some local people were settling some businesses on specified working window. Dai Daojin chatted gladly with some farmers on site. "What are you doing here?"asked Dai. "I want to save some money," answered the farmer. Dai:"Where did you use to save money?" Farmer: "we had to go to the Rural Cerdit Cooperative in the county downtown in early days. But now, we can settle it here. It is much more convenient for us." Dai stated that the supply and marketing cooperative is a service brand in people's mind, as well as service organization for farmers. All departments should follow the tenet of "serving for farmers" to connect reform of supply and marketing cooperative and farmers' benefits together.
Dai also visited Cushijiang Ecommerce Comprehensive Service Center, construction site of Xinrui Pro-people Supply and Marketing Company-Linwu Branch, and some other places during his visit.
Dai learned some details about the operation and scale of grassroots supply and marketing cooperation, and their relative services. He also collected the ideas and measures on implementing the 11th file issued by central government.
Dai Stated that further deepening reform of supply and marketing cooperative should be carried out to expand their service range and upgrade their service level; more professional farmers' cooperative should be established based on local advantageous industries and more farmers should be guided to join in the cooperatives, which would help to increase their income. The reform of grassroots organizations should be improved as well to lay sound organization foundation for the cooperatives, improve modern logistics service function, and accelerate the development of rural cooperatives.
