Yi Pengfei met Zeng Nan- Chairman of CGS Group

It was reported that Yi Pengfei- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee met Zeng Nan- Chairman of China Southern Glass Holding Co., Ltd and his investigation team on July 29, 2016. Two parties shared their ideas on CGS's investment planned to be placed in Zixing city. Xu Xiangping- Minister of Hunan Commerce Ministry attended the meeting.

CSG is one of the first listed companies of China. Currently, the total assets of it is about 15billion yuan, covering over 20 subordinaries and more than 10,000 employees. The key businesses of the company are production, manufacturing, and marketing of the flat Glass, architectural glass and other energy - saving building materials, silicon materials, photovoltaic module products, and other renewable sources, and ultra-thin Electronic Glass and other new materials. There are four complete industrial chains of energy-saving glass, flat glass, solar glass, and engineering glass available in the company. The national industrial layout has been taken shape in the company. It is the most competitive and influential large group company of China on glass and solar industry.

Yi Pengfei warmly welcomed the visit of Zeng Nan and his team. He stated that Chenzhou city is with convenient transportation condition, obvious location advantages, and abundant silica and other mineral resources. In the meantime, Chenzhou city is with sound industrial foundation and is one of the pilot cities of Hunan provincial photovoltaic poverty alleviation project.

Yi Pengfei said Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Chenzhou Government, and Zixing Municipal Party Committee and Zixing Government highly welcome the group's planning of placing investments on Chenzhou city. All of them hoped to play the best role of Chenzhou city's resource advantages and reach win-win development. Chenzhou city would try best to provide sound services, condition, and environment for the group. Yi also expressed his hope that both two parties can settle the cooperation agreement sooner and gain win-win results.

Zeng Nan stated that he was impressed with Chenzhou city's sound condition on his first visit to Chenzhou city, especially good traffic and air condition. He also stated that the team would carry out the investigation in Zixing city carefully.

Xu Xiangping also expressed his warm greetings to the team. He said Chenzhou city is with distinct location advantages. It is the "bridge head" of Hunan province's docking with the Pearl River Delta, as well as the strategic key point of Hunan province's development concept of "one core, three poles". It is with advantageous resources and industrial foundation for the development of glass and photovoltaic industry. Xu confirmed that Hunan Commerce Ministry would try best to provide sound coordination and service for the two parties.
