It was reported that Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City visited Sanhe village, Huatang town, Beihu district where is the main venue of Hunan Chenzhou 1st Beautiful Rural Tourism Festival. As Qu required, it should be followed the "six-high" requirements and construction of "five sampling projects" to ensure the festival to be handled out successfully and characteristically.

Currently, visitors center, Rose Avenue, and some other new sceneries have been taken shape and "Tsunami pool" which is expected to be placed the top place of China was estimated to be done in the end of this month. Some other projects concerned for the festival were being fluently and were planned to be finished in the end of this month or early next month.

Qu Hai checked the projects of Sanhe village carefully. As stated by Qu, the First Beautiful Rural Tourism Festival is the first rural tourism festival ever handled by Chenzhou city, as well as the significant support for the promotion of popular tourism, 100-billion-industry, and establishment of strong tourism city. Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Chenzhou Government paid great attention on the project. All relative departments should keep optimizing the services and measures to support the preparation work of festival and projects construction.

Qu Hai emphasized that in the next stage, "six-high" requirements should be well implemented: projects should be promoted with high quality by implementing the requirements of "100-day action" for Chenzhou city's projects construction; the construction environment should be formed with high quality by focusing on 3-year action of ecological comprehensive treatment; the exploration of culture should be promoted with high level by focusing on discovering more characteristic folk culture of Chenzhou city; rural inn economy should be improved with high standard by docking with the requirements of market; some more festivals and events should be handled out with high level by focusing on the overall development of characteristic sceneries and old sceneries; and high efficient services should be provided by relative departments to serve for the festival.

Qu Hai also stated that all departments should well seize the chance of tourism festival to improve Sanhe village to be the sampling of rural tourism, beautiful rural construction, adjustment of rural industrial structure, treatment of rural environment, and innovation & entrepreneurship. It was purposely to drive the upgrading of five typical areas of Beihu district and collect more experience for Chenzhou city's sampling projects as ecology protection, environment treatment, projects construction, and rural tourism, as well as improve the investment attraction of Chenzhou city.
