It was learned from 2016 National Traditional Wushu Contest that He Yunqing, Liang Weiwen, and Yan Yuquan who were from Rucheng county won 5 goldmedals and one silver medal on Chen Style and Yang Style Taijiquan and sword.

It was introduced that National Traditional Wushu Contest is the toppest level Wushu contest available in China. It was held in Jiujiang city, Jiangxi province in this year. It was sponsored by National Sports Wushu Sport Management Center and China Wushu Association. 1305 athletes from 121 delegations of China attended this contest.

Though competing with so many top level athletes, He Yunqing, Liang Weiwen, and Yan Yuquan who attended the contest for the first time performed excellently and won five gold medals and one silver medals on the contest. It was the zero breakthrough for Rucheng county on the National Traditional Wushu Contest, which would be helpful for encouraging and promoting the spreading and development of Wushu and Taiji culture.
