January 17, nostalgia · rural view · rural rhyme 2017 New Year "Beautiful villages" photography exhibition was held in Lianxi College of Lotus Lake scenic spot in Chenzhou City. Chenzhou Municipal Committee and Director of Municipal Committee Propaganda Department, Feng Haiyan announced the opening of photography exhibition.

In recent years, with the deepening of the construction of new socialist countryside in Chenzhou City, the rural area has taken on a new look, the agricultural economy has developed rapidly, and the living standard of farmers has been continuously improved. After nurturing and development, significant progress has been made in the construction of beautiful countryside in Chenzhou with distinctive characteristics and non-decreasing heat of rural tourism. It also provided the creative source for photography enthusiasts.

Since the launch of photography exhibition, more than 1800 works were received from more than 200 authors from home and abroad. After the appraisal by experts, there were 80 pieces of 100 works exhibited. These works with a new perspective and fiery emotion showed the great achievements of the construction of new socialist countryside in Chenzhou, the amorous feelings and new look of beautiful countryside and the happy life of rural people
Feng Haiyan hoped that the city's literary and art workers could continue to carry forward the fine traditions, not forget the original intention, use the pens and cameras in hands, statue for the era，eulogize for people, continue to create ideological and artistic works, to speed up the "Five Chenzhou", create a new growth pole in Hunan and take the lead in infusing strong culture power to comprehensively build a well-off society.
