It marked that the first "Internet +" Targeted Poverty Alleviation Demonstration Village Project was officially launched in Chenzhou city.

"Internet +" Targeted Poverty Alleviation Project is a livelihood project of convenient, beneficial and benefit for the people. In the start-up site, villagers experienced advanced electronic equipment and felt the changes brought by informanization.
