Wang Heping Visited the Minority Peoples

On January 22, Municipal Standing Committee and Minister of United Front Work Department of Municipal Committee, Wang Heping visited some ethnic and religious representatives and difficult religious staffs and brought the care and greetings from Party and government to them.

Wang Heping and his entourages came to the Abra River Company, the Zen Buddhist Temple, Baohe Yao Nationality township government and other places to condole 4 religious personages and 12 minority peoples, and sent them consolation gold and New Year blessing.

In the Abra River Co., Ltd., Wang Heping asked in details about the company's current operations and working and living conditions of Uygur brothers. 12-year-old Uighur girl Mukaidisi won the first prize in the third session of Hunan Province in 2016, "Building the great motherland, building a beautiful hometown" keynote speech contest. Wang Heping expressed his appreciation for Mukaidisi' achievements and encouraged her to make further efforts to achieve more and better results in the learning and other special fields.

In Baohe Yao Nationality township government, Wang Heping visited the four Yao compatriots to discuss with them and learn more about the recent work and living conditions of Yao compatriots. During the meeting, Wang Heping fully affirmed the work done by representatives of ethnic and religious circles in promoting national unity, religious harmony, social stability and national security.
