“Dear passengers, please sit down and wear safety belt. No overloading.” Recently, when reporters arrived at Guidong Bus Station, a staff was keeping order there to ensure the safety travelling of the passengers.

It was learned 2017 Spring Transportation would be last for 40 days from Jan. 13- Feb. 21, 2017. It was estimated to deliver 1200 passengers every day from Guidong Bus Station. Besides temporary ticket counters facilitated on the bus station, some more counters were opened on Zhaiqian, Datang, Shatian, Sidu, and other key towns to make sure all passengers can get tickets easier. Wechat, hotline, and etc. were available for buying tickets. The ticket counters would be opened for longer time than ordinary days. Some safety slogans and posters were posted near the station, which granted people with safe, high level, ordered, and harmonious transportation condition.

In the meantime, the drivers who were allocated to be in charge of Spring Transportation for the very first time were arranged to get familiar with relative routes in advance, so they can be aware of the sections where are riskier beforehand and avoid accidents accordingly. More buses were placed to operation during the holiday. The operation time of some public buses were extended properly. 24-hour on-duty scheme was carried out by some leaders on key points, which enabled them to control the transportation condition at the soonest time.

Guidong County handled out the inspection of safety production as well. Passenger transportation companies, taxi companies, public bus companies, maintenance companies, training schools, logistics companies, bus stations, key drivers, and etc. were covered into the inspection. It aimed to make sure all the vehicles and staffs involved in the Spring Transportation are qualified and all the safety mechanisms are well implemented. Till now, no accident happened in the county, and all people enjoyed safe transportation condition there.
