When reporters visited Shigaitang Industrial Community, workers were busy with the production. Due to the serious competition of market, many factories of Beihu District were re-opened though it was still on Spring Festival. All the factories are trying best to fulfill the annual targets.

Reporters visited Chenzhou Hua’an Electric Motor Manufacture Co., Ltd. of Wolong Electric Nanfang Group. As introduced by Wu Yuanqing who is the General Manager of the company, workers were just with 10-day leave for the festival. The company is mainly on manufacturing explosion-proof electric machine and dust machine which are used for some flammable and combustible places of petrochemical industry and coal mine. It aimed to produce 500-600 machines on the basis of 2016’s production capacity of 1300-1400 machines/month.

“All the operational indicators need to be with double-digit increase based on 2016’s capacity, 20% at least and 30% for the profit and tax. It seems everything goes well on the consideration of the orders received in the first quarter,” gladly said Wu Yuanqing.

The production was resumed in Hongsheng Textile Co., Ltd. as well during the festival.

It was introduced by He Jingdong who is the Director of the factory that the factory was re-opened in the 7th day of Chinese New Year. All the staffs came back to work and were trying all best to finish the orders. He is very confident for the further development of his company in 2017. “Firstly, we want to increase the salary of our staffs, which is purposely to keep them stay here, especially for some skillful staffs. Secondly, we want to finds some more technological innovation ways and improve the company to be more professional with unique technologies.”

Till now, over 95% of the 65 above scale industrial enterprises were re-opened.

“In 2017, Beihu District will keep following the idea of ‘leading by industry, improving overall development’, improving the structural reform on supply front, and promoting the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, granting the district with sound development condition,” said Zhang Xiaowen who is the Director of Beihu Economy and Technology Bureau.
