It was reported that Liu Zhiren- Deputy Director of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City investigated Hualei Photoelectricity and required that more supports should be placed on the company to promote its further development.

Xiangneng Hualei Photoelectricity is a high-tech enterprises hold by Hunan Coal Industry Group. It is mainly on the production and marketing of LED epitaxial materials products and relative application products. Currently, under the downstream pressure, Hualei Photoelectricity is devoting on implementing the strategy of expanding production with low cost. It planned to place 468million yuan on finishing the first phase of LED epitaxial chips project in 2017. It aimed to be enrolled into the top five place on scale profit and unit cost of the industry during the “13th five year plan” period, as well as listed in 2020.

Liu stated that Chenzhou City is with sound location condition, rich resources, excellent ecology, and talents. It is an opening city. Currently, the whole city was working hard on improving transformation and upgrading of non-ferrous industry, development of cultural tourism industry, improvement of boutique exhibition and mineral gem industry, development of ecological green industry, development of graphite and new material industry, and undertaking industrial transfer, and etc. A new turn of chances are on the way for innovative entrepreneurship and real economy, so Liu hoped the group can keep further cooperation with Chenzhou City.

Liu also stated that currently Hualei Photoelectricity is on a critical condition for further development, so all departments should try all efforts to support the company and assist it to fulfill the targets of “13th five-year plan”. In the meantime, the company should be confident for further improvement and figure out the scientific plans on the basis of clear market analysis; the stock holders should support each other to fight against the difficulties and find innovative ways to upgrade the company’s comprehensive profits. All departments should serve the company with favorable policies according to the laws and regulations.

Liao Jianxiang highly appreciated Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Chenzhou Government’s supports on the company. Liao was confident that Hualei Photoelectricity can be improved to be LED 100-billion-yuan industry of Chenzhou City with the help of local government and can contributed more to local development.
