On February 13, Party Secretary of Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee and Deputy Director, Zhang Aiguo led to Guidong County to carry out research on targeted poverty alleviation work.

Zhang Aiguo and his party firstly came to Changqing Village, Sidu Town, Guidong County and on-site understood the construction situation of relocating the poor project. It was understood that, as one of the county's key poverty-stricken villages, Changqing Village is located in the southern section of the Sidu Town with 10 villagers groups, 343 households and 1007 people, of which filing poor households of 129 households and 359 people. 49 households and 101 people of Changqing Village are expected to be out of poverty this year.

After listening to the relevant situation, Zhang Aiguo carried out the arrangement on the next work of targeted poverty alleviation. He pointed out that should determine the goal of targeted poverty alleviation work, take off the hat of poor households , and change the face of Changqing Village to show a change, becoming rich and better situation. At the same time, the leaders of Village Party Branch Committee and Village Committee should be strong. He asked that the Municipal People's Congress poverty alleviation work team in the village should clear the task, grasp the poor households out of poverty, understand in depth the specific situation of each poor households, analyze the causes of poverty and work out the poverty alleviation plan; grasp the team building of Village Party Branch Committee and Village Committee and actively communicate and coordinate to promote the targeted poverty alleviation work.

Zhang Aiguo stressed that ensure the implementation of relevant poverty alleviation policies in place and the guidance of poverty alleviation work team in the village in place, to promote poverty alleviation work and complete the goal of targeted poverty alleviation.
