On February 15, Deputy Inspector of Provincial Department of Commerce Mao Qixing and his party researched the work situation on promoting to copy FTA experience. The reporters learned from the forum held in the afternoon that our city has actively promoted to copy the FTA reform experience and has gained a stage achievement at present.

At the forum, the relevant departments reported the implementation of the work and the key business representatives made a speech on the use of copying FTA experience. Since the implementation of the system of examination and approval of foreign funded enterprises, the Municipal Bureau of Commerce has received a total of 19 enterprises to declare filings as of February 10 this year; actively guided the relevant industry organizations and enterprises to carry out self-management, participated in and played the role of market supervision; actively expanded the connotation and extension of traditional advantage industry, made use of the platform advantages and related policy advantages of export processing zones to make bigger and stronger nonferrous metal processing trade in our city. At the same time, further increased the policy support for the transformation and upgrading of processing trade; made use of Chenzhou International Express Center to actively develop express business. 841,000 expresses have been completed the clearance in 2016.

Chenzhou export processing zone has preliminarily declared 19 customs supervision and innovation systems of copying pilot FTA to the Changsha customs. Business requirement plans are being further improved, examined by Changsha Customs and approved by General Administration of Customs. Chenzhou export processing zone guided enterprises to expand new business, and actively built cross-border e-commerce platform. Municipal Development and Reform Commission has completed the approval work of credit information sharing platform construction project, to further reduce the access qualification and approval process of foreign investment projects in our city and promote the transformation and upgrading of processing trade.
