Yang Guangrong Researches Safety Production Work in Our City

On February 17, Vice Governor and Secretary-general of Provincial Government Yang Guangrong and his entourage came to Hongyuan Chemical Company in Yizhang County and Zhouyuanshan Coal Mine of Hunan Coal Group in Zixing City to investigate and research on the safety production work during the Spring Festival and returning to work and produce after holiday.

In Hongyuan Chemical Company, Yang Guangrong understood in detail about the enterprises’ production and operation situation, implementation of safe production and situation of returning to work and produce after holiday. In the Zhouyuanshan Coal Mine, Yang Guangrong went deep into underground more than 800 meters of mine roadway to carry out inspections.

Yang Guangrong fully affirmed our city's safety production work and hoped to keep on and improve the safety production work. He required that we should further improve the understanding, earnestly implement and establish the five systems of responsibility, supervision, regulation, prevention and control, and security to build the solid safe production network; combine with their own reality, learn experience from other provinces to gradually explore the comprehensive management ways and measures; further clear the regulatory responsibility of party and government leaders and departments, and force enterprises to implement the main responsibility; take strict control measures to monitor the illegal production, long shutdown and other non-normal coal mines, strengthen safety supervision for the normal production and construction coal mines, and urge all types of coal mines to conscientiously implement the main responsibility; highlight the road traffic, fireworks, non-coal mines mountains and other key industries, continue to carry out the safety operations of extensive investigation, control and regulation, and promote sustained and stable improvement of province's safe production situation to create a good security environment for the successful convening of national "two sessions" and the 18th CPC National Congress.
