On February 17, the first "reading party" of Municipal Committee Office System and Municipal Committee Policy Research Office in 2017 was held. Municipal Standing Committee and the Secretary-General of Municipal Committee Ouyang Feng attended the event and stressed that all officials of Municipal Committee Office System and Municipal Committee Policy Research Office should line up their sleeves to work hard and enhance the work level of "three services" to do good job in the new year.

This year, the Municipal Committee Office System and Municipal Committee Policy Research Office will carry out the activities of "capacity improvement year", in which "reading" activities is one of the important contents. At the "reading", the participants listened to the business knowledge lectures of Secretary Department; learned about the spirit of leader’s speech and work systems.
