The"20" has put forward new and higher requirements on the city's parks development, that are to promote the parks better and faster development as the theme, to reform and opening up as the driving force, to develop industry and construct projects as the core, in order to build the parks into the city's leading areas of scientific development, the demonstration zones of reform and opening up, and the agglomeration area of modern industry. By 2020, we shall have strived to make the added value of city's parks scale industry hit 155 billion yuan, accounting for more than 85% of the proportion of the city's industrial added value, make tax revenue hit 7 billion yuan, add 2 of Billion Park, cultivate a number of characteristic parks with industry and trade income of 30-50 billion yuan, cultivate more than 3 companies with main business income of 10 billion yuan, and more than 10 enterprises with main business income of 5 billion yuan.

The "20" has adjusted the parks management systems.
