It was reported that Chen Shezhao who is former President of Chenzhou Municipal CPPCC led a team to investigate the graphite industry of Chenzhou City by visiting some enterprises of Beihu District

Chen and her team visited Lutang Mine Area of South Graphite Co., Ltd., 0.2-million-ton floatation and purification project of South Graphite, Hunan Guosheng Graphite Technology Co., Ltd., and some other enterprises and projects. They learned some production and operation details of the projects and enterprises during their investigation. A symposium was held afterward.

After listening to their reports, Chen Shezhao considered that sound breakthroughs were reached on the graphite industry. She hoped all departments and enterprises can be confident on the further development of the graphite industry and expand its application on real economy via improving the transformation of real economy and expanding the industrial chain of graphite industry.

Chen also stated that the real effects of graphite industry should be upgraded on the basis of innovation, opening up, overall development, and etc. She emphasized that relative departments should follow the problem-orientation to serve for the enterprises, while the enterprises should facilitate themselves with more core competitiveness. Both government and enterprise should take active actions to improve the development of Chenzhou City’s graphite industry together, forming its speaking right on the industry.
