The 5th CMGS is opening soon. On the afternoon of May 16, Yi Pengfei, Party Secretary and Director of Municipal People's Congress, and Yan Maoxue, Deputy Director of Provincial Department of Land and Resources, investigated the preparatory work of 5th CMGS. Yi Pengfei stressed that we should be more careful and meticulous to grasp the preparation work to ensure the peace and success of 5th CMGS.

Yi Pengfei and his entourage entered the Chenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center, Stone Park and other exhibition halls, and inspected and scheduled the investment, exhibition, security and so on. At present, the preparatory work is progressing smoothly and will be finished soon.

The opening ceremony venues of CMGS are very bright and clear, and all kinds of exhibition have been completed. Yi Pengfei stressed that the opening ceremony is the “main event" of CMGS, is the core, symbol and image of the event, and we must do a good job to ensure the safety and order.

In the International Convention and Exhibition Center, different places, different booths, different shapes of exhibition halls are with different colors and characteristics. Especially the Chenzhou Pavilion with green color as its main color is the most eye-catching. From the scene showcase, fire equipment, to some screws of key facilities, Yi Pengfei has inspected personally and repeatedly stressed to maintain the on-site order to ensure safety.

In the Stone Park, the unique treasure which were carefully selected and displayed by the city counties (cities, districts), reflects and shines mutually with wetlands, grass and flowers. Yi Pengfei required to focus on the layout, display the characteristics and form a strong visual impact, so that visitors can deeply feel the beauty and unique of Chenzhou.

In the subsequent inspection forum, Yi Pengfei pointed out that the preparatory work of CMGS was very solid and the effect was very good. The CMGS is opening soon and we must be more careful and meticulous to grasp the preparation work to ensure the peace and success of 5th CMGS.

Yi Pengfei stressed that the security should be placed in the first place. We must do a good job of on-site security, and earnestly grasp the on-site security of the opening ceremony, main exhibition halls and the corresponding venues to ensure the safety of the scene and no security incidents; should pay attention to social sensitive groups and key groups. The counties (cities, districts) and all departments should adhere to the principle of territoriality, strengthen the stability control, and ensure the harmony and stability; should grasp the safety of food, pay attention to food and beverage hygiene and prevent the food poisoning; grasp the social control to ensure the peace and harmony of the whole city, and the reception should be meticulous, careful and detail oriented to make sure the warmth and thoughtfulness; should further enhance the city window units and service quality of service industry, so that the guests can fully feel the warmth and hospitality of Chenzhou.

Yi Pengfei pointed out that the activities organization should be rigorous, delicate and orderly, and should implement the work well. Especially should grasp the communication convergence of investment, forums and other activities, pay attention to the focus and hot activities of the security organizations, and prevent possible developments in advance to ensure the successful activities and achieve the desired results. The departments of the Preparatory Committee of CMGS should further strengthen the coordination and cooperation and form a working force to become an organic linkage work whole.

Yi Pengfei stressed that the CMGS is the only international exhibition in the province and has become an important brand to promote industrial development. The whole city should carefully strive to further improve the brand of CMGS, and make every effort to expand the brand effect, to make the CMGS be better and more influential than ever.

Yan Xuemao fully affirmed the preparatory work of CMGS and proposed to further inject the cultural and technological elements into the CMGS to let the CMGS become a more influential international exhibition.
