The 27thNational Disabled Day is approaching. In order to exchange the growth experience of disable children and create a platform for ideological and moral construction of minors, the "spring rain and dream" Qichong poverty alleviation report with the theme of "learn to owe, cherish" was held in the City Special Education Center School on May 17.

It was understood that Chenzhou has 322,000 disable people, including 11 thousand disabled children aged 0-6. In 2009, Chenzhou took the lead in the implementation of "Qichong poverty alleviation plan" in the province, invested a total of 35.38 million yuan and helped a total of 200 poor deaf children to implant the cochlear implant within 9 years.

In 2010, Chenzhou launched the "spring rain and dream" activities again and put the salvage rehabilitation of 0-6 year-old poor disabled children into the private practical project. A total of 30.72 million yuan has been invested, helped more than 2560 disabled children of 0-6 years, and trained 24,800 parents of disabled children in 8 years.

In the activities, the recipient parent representative of "Qichong poverty" and "spring rain and dream" sent the banners to the Municipal People's Congress and the CDPF, and called on the disabled person in the city to learn to owe and cherish.
