On the afternoon of May 12, Chenzhou government scheduled the reception work of the 5th CMGS and will implement the reception way of "one to one" during the CMGS to ensure the quality and efficiency of doing all kinds of reception work. Municipal Standing Committee and Secretary General of municipal Party committee Ouyang Feng attended the meeting.

According to reports, at present, the exhibition reception work is in an orderly manner, the responsibilities of reception scheme are clear and the work responsibilities of reception department are clear and definite; the preparatory work of hotels is in good order and 9 stars rated hotels have been appointed for special reception. Each hotel is conducting personnel training and equipment maintenance; the unit members work in cooperation. According with the requirement of "a hotel, a program, a team", the reception departments have formed 9 special working groups and 9 hotels to guide the reception services in the whole process. The guests, accommodation, transportation and service work have been cleared to the responsible units and person in accordance with the scheme of "one to one".

Ouyang Feng pointed out that the reception work is the most important task in the preparatory work of CMGS. It reflects the spirit and cultural taste of Chenzhou and is the epitome of the image of Chenzhou. We should boost the spirits and overcome the weariness, effectively play the role of window, publicity and bridge, and make the CMGS to be a famous world exhibition. We should constantly strive for excellence, overcome careless thinking, and highlight the requirement of "one main line, two concepts and three grasps". The "one line" is to complete exhibition reception tasks, let visitors satisfy and let the national ministries, provincial government, municipal Party committee and municipal government assure; the "two concepts" is to firmly insist the reception work is no small matter and the details determine the success or failure, to make sure the thorough plans, attentive service, comprehensive dinning and comprehensive safeguards; the "three grasps" is to grasp the base, grasp the overall situation and provide considerate service. We should work together to avoid individual combat, give full play to the main role of the reception units, and do all exhibition reception work, to ensure the CMGS to be a unique, international and influential event.
