All departments must try best to do security work and steadily push forward the security work with the courage to act; must strengthen supervision of the implementation situation of the safety and stability work, and carry out the plan exercises in advance to ensure the foolproof work; must implement the security work plan, refine the duties and responsibilities, and strengthen cooperation and coordination, to ensure the smooth and seamless coordination of all work; must create a comfortable environment, establish a good image of strict, just, civilized and normative law enforcement on the basis of ensuring the safety of CMGS, and strive to create a security card with Chenzhou characteristics.
