With the gavel in the hands of host fell, a black tourmaline from Brazil that is made up of two massive cylindrical crystals was taken by Mr.Zhen Jianrong at 400 thousand Yuan.

After a brief regret, the collector missing the tourmaline also buried in the auction book; then, he walked up to the glass showcase beside the auction house and carefully studied his new goals.

At this auction, the largest harvest was undoubtedly the Director of American Intel Corp and mineral collector Gene Meieran. He took a piece of tourmaline with 1.2 million yuan, which is the highest closing price.

The tourmaline is also from Brazil with ancient style, weighing 6.8 kilograms, deep red in the top of each columnar crystal, but green color in the middle. It was produced between 1960 and 1970 and was the first to show in front of the public. In addition, the tourmaline only has two repairs in the whole body, the whole end is complete and is an important museum-level specimens.

"When I walked over and saw the tourmaline, it was really funny." Gene Meieran began to collect gems from the age of 9 and has seen countless treasures, but today he was fascinated again. He took out his phone and showed the phone screen to reporters that there were two almost same tourmalines, one red and one green. Keane Mel had already owned the piece of Afghanistan and today he met another. "They are like a pair of twins. Although it did spend a lot of money, but it was worth it." He said that the tourmaline will be sent to his son's museum and display with its "twin sisters" at the same time.
